Graham Howells
Born in Antwerp, Belgium, Graham spent early years in Singapore, Malaysia and Germany before settling in west Wales for a secondary education.

Since leaving Art College in 1986 Graham's professional career has primarily been for children's books working in a variety of styles and media. He particularly enjoys themes of myth and magic, which has meant producing quite a few pictures of wizards, dragons and assorted magical creatures. Over the years he has worked for film, television, and on board games. Lately Graham has been writing as well as illustrating stories for children.
He currently lives near the coast in west Wales with his wife, two sons, goldfish and a nasty hamster.
