Hi! My name is Sarah and I’m a freelance designer and illustrator living in my hometown of Sheffield, England, with my husband, daughter and two border terrier ’studio assistants’.

Following my degree in Visual Communication and a stint of working as a lithographic printer, I pursued my creative background and worked at Hallmark Cards for a number of years as a designer. I then decided it was time for a new challenge and took the leap into the world of freelance and along the way discovering the magic of children’s publishing with the lovely Plum Pudding team. For over twelve years I have worked from my home studio for clients all around the world.
