Peter Wilks
I was born in Yorkshire and from a young age I have always loved to draw and paint.

After leaving art college, I worked in the creative teams of various London advertising agencies before becoming a freelance illustrator, producing illustrations for design projects, advertising, magazines and children’s books. I have been with Plum Pudding since it was set up. I have worked with many different publishing companies over the years, and always enjoy new opportunities to create engaging illustrations. My wife and I live near the beautiful Suffolk coast, whose ever-changing seas and skies are a constant source of inspiration.
