Miriam Latimer
Miriam Latimer is an Illustrator and Author based in Braunton, North Devon. She works from her studio at home overlooking the sea, normally with a cup of tea in hand.
She illustrates using acrylic paints, pencils and pastels, with a few details added digitally at the end. She has had over 30 books published with various lovely publishers. Her work can also be found in magazines, on mugs, puzzles, t-towels and framed on walls. She also loves doing illustration workshops for children.
When she is not illustrating you can find her surfing, or generally on or in the water! She helps support a Syrian refugee family who live in her village and she is involved with her local church. She loves snowboarding, gardening, talking to her chickens and making strange animals out of clay.
