Hello, hola! I’m Cristina, spelled without an H, an illustrator from Barcelona, living and working from my home studio in Brooklyn. With a background in Art History and illustration, my original pieces have been exhibited in galleries from Barcelona to Tokyo.
Since I got married, my husband and I have lived in 4 different cities, on 3 continents: Barcelona, San Francisco, Brooklyn, and Tokyo.
My work has been applied to many different supports, like books, paper, food packaging, shop windows, and large-scale murals. My illustrations are sweet, graphic, and joyful. I'm interested in cute characters, colorful nature, and decorative details to talk about themes like climate awareness and women's empowerment.
Anytime I can, I like to add little details to my work, happy surprises, to make people smile.
