I’m a children’s book author and illustrator, living in Cardiff, and working in the picture book and middle grade sectors. I discovered illustration as a tonic to the stress of my architecture job – roll on several years and here I am, illustrating books and living a happy ‘archistrator’ life!

With the support of The Plum Agency, I've developed my illustration skills to free myself from a technical education. I've embraced a playful style of visual communication, with textured brushes, splodgy flourishes and expressive characters.
My body of work in the middle grade sector is growing rapidly with several publishers. Any opportunity to draw a menacing baddie or a bumbling sidekick is welcomed!
