Ellie is a children’s book illustrator living by the sea in South Wales, UK.

After completing her drawing degree at Bristol, Ellie was keen to illustrate more of the lovely stuff, so picked up her pens & pencils and moved to Cambridge to study MA in Children’s Book illustration. Graduating in 2015, she was also twice highly-commended for the Macmillan Prize in the same year.
Since then Ellie has worked on both fiction and picturebooks and has grown a real love for creating characters…the good, bad and downright odd!
