I’ve always loved drawing and used to make my own comics when I was a child, using up numerous packets of felt tip pens and getting very inky fingers.

Many years later and I am drawing and painting just as much, (still with inky fingers) and I feel that same joy in creating characters for stories. I love sketching outdoors, and am inspired by visiting cities, the countryside and the coast. I am passionate about architecture, and love drawing buildings both real and imaginary. I live in Devon with my husband, three of our four children (our eldest has left home now) and our lazy but beautiful cat.
